The perimeter countertops feature fluted and lacquered black drawers, which creates a statement detail underneath the 3-centimeter-thick Alabama White marble countertop. The fluted design is repeated in the front of the island.

The island countertop is comprised of concrete, sourced from Flying Turtle Concrete. The bar stools are from Lawson-Fenning, Los Angeles. The pendant fixtures illuminating the island are from Lucca Antiques.

The kitchen island features a granite countertop with seating for five and plenty of workspace for gourmet cooking. The kitchen is at the heart of the home, located on the first floor. It features a contemporary take on mountain design proving that beauty and function can intermingle.

The fabulous chefs kitchen features high-end appliances and a spacious 9′ x 5′ island. The gray bar stools were sourced from Osidea Furniture. The flooring is rift and quarter sawn White Oak with a custom Rubio Monocoat finish. The kitchen showcases cathedral ceilings accented by shiplap walls. The walls have a 9″ board and a 1/4″ gap.
