11. Lakefront Home Pfeffer Torode Architecture

The open layout was designed to offer plenty of living space to entertain large groups during the holidays; yet still feel intimate year-round with it’s distinct spaces: dining, reading, lounging and card-playing. When designing this lake house, it was all about maximizing the views. This space only has one overhead light fixture and it is suspended in front of the street side view. The artisan-crafted fixture, whose design was inspired by gas lanterns, was sourced from Low Country Originals.

12. Farmhouse Style Home Markalunas Architecture

French Quarter Lanterns on Yoke Hangers by Bevlo illuminates the built-in bookcases that align either side of the brick fireplace. The brick on the fireplace is called Walnut Creek sourced from Statesville Brick. The ceiling height is 14′-7″ along the wall and almost 27′ at peak. The beautiful chandelier illuminating the living room was sourced from Period Lighting.
